Request Account Deletion

We'll process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email.

What gets deleted

  • Your driver account and login credentials
  • Profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Delivery history and associated records
  • Proof of delivery photos and signatures
  • On-site time tracking data
  • Push notification tokens and device info

Note: Some records may be retained for up to 12 months where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing or legal compliance), after which they will be permanently deleted.
